About Maurice

Maurice's knowledge in the Real Estate Industry in the Greater Moncton area stems from 15 years of being a successful Master Builder with MoeMar Homes. With a Civil Engineering Degree from NBCC he has helped make MoeMar Homes an award winning home builder. With the help of his brother, Marcel, MoeMar builds quality custom homes in highly sought after Riverview and Moncton locations.

During his career, he has built over 500 homes. In the last few years, he has refined his expertise by acquiring his real estate license and by helping people sell their homes and to assist them in building their dream homes. Wanting to learn all aspects and expand business, Maurice took his entrepreneurial skills and passion and received his Real Estate License in 2014. It was then he joined Re/Max Avante Brokerage.

Maurice has quickly built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs and has built a solid foundation in both Building and Real Estate services.
